I am in Mayaguez now preparing for the NCCWMA Championships. Hurricane Earl caused some flooding and power outages in the east of the island. I landed in San Juan without problems and drove across the island. As far as I can see there is no impediment to travel to the island and Mayaguez for athletes coming to the championships. The opening ceremonies are Thursday evening.
